إني لأرحم حاسديّ لحرِّما *** ضمتْ صدورهم من الاوغارِ
نظروا صنيعَ الله بي فعيونهم *** في جنة و قلوبهم في النارِ

Oh my enviers I pity you for the heat that enclosed your chests because of my greatness.
They saw Allah’s mercy on me and thus their eyes are in paradise and their hearts are in fire.

It’s a very rough translation (Sorry I am not perfect at Arabic!)
“للناس في الشهر هلال و لي *** في وجهها في كلّ يوم هلال”
“For the people; there is a crescent (moon) once a month *** and for me in her face is a crescent on every day.”
ظُلمَاتُهُ فِيها تُبدي مِفرَقٌ *** مِثلَ المُنَی لِليائِسِ الحيرَان
وَأسدَلَ ظَلامُکَ عَلی رُوحِي أن تری *** نُوراً تَرَاهُ الرُّوحُ لَا العَينَانِ
(في مدح الشَعر)

It’s darkness in it is a separation *** like a way for the hopeless lost one……

As though the stars are a Howdah over a camel the driver drives it to the West in agitation.
And it illuminated until it’s shine was like crystals in them mercury shaking.

أرسلت أحد نساء الملك إليه زرا من ذهب مغلف بعنبر أسود فسأل الملك من الفاضل عن معنى ما أرادت بإرساله فأتشأ يقول
أهدت لك العنبر في وسطه زِر من التبر رقيق اللحام
فالزر في العنبر معناهما زُر هكذا مختفيا في الظلام

One of the women of the king sent him a button of gold surrounded by black amber; so the king asked Al-Fadhil what she meant by it so he replied:
She gifted you amber in it’s center a button of pure soft gold
the button in the middle of amber means visit like this hiding in the darkness

the best of the fair judges would rule in their favour without (being under) any delusion even if they were wrongdoers.

* He is speaking about a certain beautiful woman and how a judge would rule in her favour because of her beauty.
[The translation is quite direct and doesn’t really feel so well]
